About Harbor MCC

Harbor Metropolitan Community Church is a growing, Progressive Christian Congregation full of God’s love and spirit.
We are an inclusive people comprised largely of those who do not feel at home in many of the traditional mainline denominations.
We openly seek to understand God through the teachings of Jesus in a new and radical way that speaks to each of us in our own individual spiritual journey.
We believe that our love for all those created by God, Christian fellowship, and social action restores our intimate relationship with God.
We trust that we are part of God’s wonderful and diverse creation and for that reason Communion is a Sacrament of highest importance to us.
Our Communion table is open to all.

Harbor MCC is affiliated with the denomination known as the Universal Fellowship of Metropolitan Community Churches (UFMCC). UFMCC was founded in 1968 by Reverend Troy Perry and now consists of over 300 congregations in 22 countries and is growing rapidly. The denomination is based on three core values: Salvation, Community, and Christian Social Action.

We hope that you will come and visit us often! Harbor MCC is open to all regardless of sexual identity, orientation, race, national origin, or denominational affiliation. It is our desire that you have the opportunity to get to know us.

Each member and friend of Harbor MCC joins me in welcoming you to our service and we invite you to come and visit us, as often as possible!

Peace and Grace,
Rev. Pat Farnan, Pastor
